I am an educator who teaches the art of cooking in a large professional culinary school in Canada. As all instructors trying to transfer the passion for their work, I am constantly challenged in motivating my students. This blog will allow me to share with you fellow instructors, already motivated students and potentially students that could flip to the right side, my good and bad days. So now instead of going home and bore my wife and kids with my stories, I will bore you.
